your best bet would be a decent P4 computer, between 1.6 to 2.8 Ghz. about 128 or 256 mb ram, 845 chipset mobo, with integrated graphics and sound, 14 inch crt, maybe a cd-r, normally a cd-rom, keyboard mouse etc. Im selling my old PC/ P4 2.4, original intel 845gvsr mobo. 512 mb ddr 333 ram 1 HD samsung 40 gb 1 HD seagate 80 gb lite-on dvd drive asus 24x/10x/40x CD-R samsung samtron CRT and samsung optical mouse Some local keyboard. I think you need to be more specific. Either you want to buy five to ten thousand used computers and resell them, or you want to buy one for five to ten thousand rupees, or units of a different currency. Because if you mean $US, I have a deal for you.
