What is the best college to go to in Birmingham?

Do i have to go to high school to be able to go college in USA?

Complete your GCSE in the U.K. and then you are eligible to attend college in the U.S. Be aware though, that universities here require SAT I or ACT scores for admission and the competitive ones will require SAT II and A-levels in addition to the SAT I or ACT. Furthermore, you will need the financial funds and be able to prove this in the form of bank statements etc since university will cost between $18,000 and $45,000 per year.
