I wanna know abt scope engineering in computer science and IT after 4 years?

Why are you so keen on engineering if you don't even have a field that you like? Many jobs pay as much as a software job in an arbitrary company. Don't choose engineering just because that is what half the country is doing. You can think about law, accountancy, business management, banking which pay as well as TCS or Infosys. If you don't land in a very good engineering college then you'll end up in those companies. Just for your info, the starting in-hand pay of TCS was Rs.14000 per month last year. My friend in a bank was earning a starting pay of Rs.23000 p.m.... I'm a girl, a chemical engineer working in a core job. I'd personally suggest that unless you have a particular field of engineering that you're very much interested in, don't take it up just for the sake of a software engineering job. But if you're very keen on engineering, basically you can take up any field. As a girl also you'll find suitable jobs in both the field of your study as well as software field with any engineering degree...
