What are some different but great techniques to study for a test?

Study techniques for studying the night before a huge test?

  • I have this huge science test tomorrow that our teacher didn't tell us about. Any techniques to study fast?? Anything good would be a lot of help!

  • Answer:

if its memorization like history and stuff, then just cram cram cram right up until minutes before the test. if its analytical **** then dont cram and get a good full nights sleep so you can think about things and make sense of them during the test even if you dont quite know how to do it.

right all of the information down on index cards then quiz yourself. also use a dry erase board to right everything down you know. then look back at the notes and see what you need to study more :)

The best way to know that you know something is to be able to explain it to someone else so try getting someone to help you study. Have them ask you the questions and then you not only give the answer but explain why that is the answer. Also, get plenty of sleep because it doesn't matter how much you cram if you oversleep or are too tired to process the information. Good luck!

Read out loud what you're studying. Helps retatin information up to 40% more. Don't last minute study, like literally right before the test. Just makes things worse. And final: Get off Yahoo answers cause that's just waisting time :) lol
