Answer:
Vet school is at the Graduate level in the USA You would need a four year Bachelor degree - with pre med or pre vet classes, plus a major- and take the VCAT exam to apply There are only 28 Vet schools in the USA. They are highly competitive and extremely difficult to get accept to They are also very expenses. You MAY be allowed to get a part time job on campus, which would only earn you enough for spending money-no where what you would need to pay tuition, room and board and books You need to apply, be accepted, prove you can pay, then apply for a student visa.

In the US, veterinary is only studied at the post-graduate level. That means you must already have a bachelors degree before you can study veterinary medicine. There are very few veterinary schools in the US, and those that exist are both very hard to get into and very expensive. Realistically, I urge you to study veterinary medicine in your home country. Not only can you do so for your bachelors degree (saving time), but it should also be far less expensive for you. In order to get a student visa to study in the US, you must prove to the US government that you already have the funds to pay for your education and living expenses. You need to prove that up front. You cannot tell them that you hope to earn those funds in the US. That will not be acceptable. Legally, you will not be allowed to work enough hours to be able to pay for a US university. You are only allowed to work 20 hours per week, and those must be in an on-campus job, which will not pay well. Your plan will not work. University classes can occur at any time of day, but many are during the day.

Foreign students in the US are strictly prohibited from working! Furthermore, you must prove you have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses, plus return transportation to your country of citizenship to apply for a student visa. Veterinary medicine is a graduate professional school, and at least a bachelor's degree is required to apply for admission. Medical, vet, etc, schools strictly prohibit students from working at all as they must do rotations, etc. Average amount of hours spent in classes, labs, homework, etc, for med school students runs just over 80 hours a week, and not much less for vet med, dental, etc. On-campus employment for foreign students is limited to those who are awarded work-study program as part of their financial aid package to work up to 20 hrs/wk on campus in an assigned job, and they can earn up to the maximum amount of the award, typically no more than $5,000. It's about enough to cover some personal incidental expenses, such as laundry & dry cleaning, grooming, toiletries, coffees or snacks on campus. Undergrad only, not vet school. NO financial aid for vet school - hardly any foreign students accepted, and proof of sufficient funds mandatory.

either of the two is cool, you can pay your fee with the money you earn form work or you can work while studying to as to enable you pay your fee. dis also depends on what you want and it also depends on the school policy
