What camcorder should I buy for online videos?

I want to upload home videos from my camcorder to the computer. how do i do it. what cable do i need to buy?

    Your best route is to buy a Pinnacle AV/DV kit. The kit contains Pinnacle's Studio Capture/Edit/Compile software and a board. The AV/DV board supports multiple input and output formats. It will accept both analogue (VHS, 8mm, Hi8, etc.) and ditigal (MiniDV, etc.) inputs. For analogue the borad has seperate audio and video i/o. For digital it has a firewire support. So you've covered all the bases with one board. Studio9 walks you through all of the steps in uploading, editing and compiling your video. It's quite easy to use and has a lot of neat features - titles, transitions, music, etc. If you can make an Academy Award nominated film with it, its good enough for me. Best of all is the price - kits usually retail for around $100 - a steal really.

You'll also need some sort of caputre device I believe. Windows Movie Maker has it, as well as Pinnacle (which you can get fairly cheap in version 9) and most all video editing software. Firewire is the way to go if it's available to you.

Usually you have your USB wire that connect to your computer all you have to do is go on your desktop and to your drive for me its ( I: ) then copy and paste the SD video where you want on your CPU. make sure you have the right video reader or its not gonna work i take power DVD
