You can't. And it is not worth trying to buy the equipment to do it. It costs 1000s. Mostly used by professionls. You best bet (I've done this) is to take it to a video conversion place. There have many of them in nothern california here (near san francisco). I'm not surre where you are, but you'll definitely will be able to find them. Usually they are stores where they rent video equipment. They can do the conversion for about $15 or $20.
