I had one Flip camcorder (not HD), but every time when I connect it to PC I got a message that USB device was not recognized. I changed it by warranty, but got the same problem with the other camcorder. Alll their soft is a peace of junk. Finally I just lost $120. Never buy this items!!! I would recommend Creative!
