Looking for the best camcorder out there to make a low-budget movie that will play on TV?

DO NOT BUY A FLIP!!!!!!!! They are not great, there optics suck, and they are made for high school kids. Sorry you get what you pay for. If you really want the quality its gonna cost you, so you may wanna go used. a flip hd camcorder!!!!!! im a famous youtuber (brittanilouisetaylor, mmy fake name here is madi) anyway, i use a flip hd, its like 200 bucks or like 170 on amazon. its really easy to use, great quality, its AMAZING!!! best camera ever! its sleek, portable, great quality, amazing!! like seriously, get it! or u can even get an underwater flip hd camcorder if u want underwater scenes!!! really, a flip is ur best bet!!
