What is the best spyware and virus remover, free?

I use 'AVG"--it is free and will automatically update every few days---you just type the letters AVG in your web browser and sign up for free!!!!it will take over 30 minutes to scan everything(or longer if you have ALOT stored) but it is good. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

best free is AVG i think but its not too powerful as paid ones.

AntiVir - after this just type the name of your operating system - eg., AntiVirXP - and just download it - a very good one - I have been running this for over a year now - very safe - it has got the auto update also. Good luck.
