You need to confirm your videos are MP4 format, if it is not, you need to convert them to the right format. I recommend Cucusoft PSP Video Converter which can convert almost all video format, e.g. DivX, XviD, MOV, rm, rmvb, MPEG, VOB, DVD, WMV, AVI to PSP Movie / PSP Video format. When the conversion is completed, you should create a new file named MP_ROOT under the root directory and then create a file named 100MNV01 under the MP_ROOT file.
