Learning "web programming" is the easy part. So easy that everyone believe they can do it! There are so many places where you can learn the basics that it will make your head spin off. But programming the web is not "just" be able to write some HTML, or even some php: "web development", that is, "Making a successful website", is a totally different thing. Everyone can make a site, a blog, a forum, or even a small e-commerce. But to get more than a couple of hundred visits a month is a MUCH MORE COMPLEX AFFAIR! It involves market analysis, "niche" research, capture area, centered interests, graphical promotion and, unfortunately, a lot of financial analysis and projections to get ANYTHING "off the ground". Learning the graphics is learning how to use your artistic potential to build images. Learning the marketing is learning the rules of marketing, to lead you to images that WILL drive the visitor to ACT upon what it sees. Learning how to code is "just" how to make that site to work as expected. (This is probably the most frustrating part of it, as no-one will EVER understand what the coder really does, nor its importance!) Learning how to promote your site to be visited is to learn, usually the hard way, how to ADVERTISE your site, without falling into the easy traps of "5000 visits for $5.00", or "SEO" companies, costing you large amounts of money for a few visits a month... Learning how to manage and MONITOR your site is the day-to-day work that will involve YOU... And that can be time consuming... What languages should you learn? Depends. If you want to do your own website, for no purpose, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Php, mysql for a start. You can get all the basics at w3schools.com. If you want to be a professional developer for OTHERS, stand out: offer a "BUSINESS SERVICE". This requires MUCH MORE than just coding in whatever language. It means that you will KNOW how to make a successful site. But don't expect to be good in a year or two. It takes two-three years to get a business master, the same to learn about marketing, the same to learn advertising graphics, a several more years to learn all the tricks of just "programming the web". The web is NOT for amateurs. It is BIG business! It is also the one where only one in 10,000 makes it.

HTML , PHP and Mysql .

Well HTML is very popular. That is most basic and easy. It makes up the layouts and features of the webpage. EVERY SINGLE website uses HTML. You can't have a website without HTML. For a really nice webpage, you would want to learn CSS, Cascading Style Sheets. For more cool functions like the date on your website, you would want to use Javascript and PHP. PHP is what Facebook uses.
