For domains,godaddy.com have coupons sometimes for even 1.99 for .com . now hosting deals are depend on your needs,so there is no good answer to your question..although you can get .99 cent a month plan but without enough use(disk space & bandwidth).i think hostgator.com is the best so far,24hr customer service and very helpful guys.the baby package is 7.99 a month with unlimited bandwidth,unlimited space,and unlimited domains..did you hear that:unlimited domains.. to get coupons for whatever you need,go to:retail me not.
