tinypic.com requires no registration, but doesnt let you store various photos on the site for later use If you want storage space, photobucket.com.

flickr.com which is associated with yahoo (meaning you don't have to register again, it just connects to your yahoo ID). They have a button to send pictures straight to your blog; it generates the HTML and everything.
