    idk if its the same for psp but i use a video converter for ipod call videora ipod converter and it might work for psp doesent hurt to try it might work

I think u should concern this with the electronics manager of the place from where u buyed it, because sometimes it happen that the PSP memory card is there own and it has some different functions or u can try to just send to ur memory card instead of draging it.....

You have to make a video folder if you want videos. And title the folder video. And also try reading the manual.
