i personally like iphone 3gs, but im currently using blackberry curve 8520 for 3 months now and it's still working, so it think i just depends on the style on how you want to use a phone. if you prefer tapping or the full QWERTY keyboard.

I would choose the Blackberry Curve because I heard AT&T is having a lot of problems with iPhones right now.
