    As somebody who spends his life in different hotels all over the country I come across this problem lots with all my devices with lots different WiFi providers. This solution always works for me. Go into modify or edit of the WiFi you are trying to connect to. Click on advanced and then choose static IP. Fill in all the other fields. They are greyed so just fill in what they say already and writing is white. Do this for every field apart from IP address. Now, you will need any other device that will connect to wireless. Phone etc. Look under its WiFi settings while connected and copy the IP address it shows into the IP address field of the device that won't connect. Fill in password. Save. And it will always connect. Worked for me every time on about 10 different times when their WiFi and my devices just would not connect
