BitPim should work. Worked for my phone. The program wasn't supported for my cell phone, so I used BitPim's FileTree option (or whatever it's called), clicked on the Detect Phone in the menu, then browsed the file structure until I found my .jpg pics. http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/#download

The software is called Mobile Phone Tools. Each phone manufacture has a version that is compatable with the phones. There are some universal versions that are compatable with most cell phone brands. They will run from about $39.99 to $99.99 depending on wheather they are connected by USB cable or Bluetooth. Hope this helps.
