What is the difference between phones with android and phones without the android system?

I would personally say get an android because its a smartphone and the operating system is faster. BUT, my thing is its whatever you can afford. So if thats your budget, get what is within your budget. No sense in going broke just to have a phone.

When I read your question I thought answer for you " Please send both the phones to me and after using I shall let you know the difference" But when I opened the question I was pushed back to read that you are already having the problem of the budget like me, so I left the idea to ask you for phones.Better to go for 5222, more technology, more functions, more problem to handle, more cost more lose.
