What is the difference on Flat panel TV's between PC Input, VGA and VGA/SVGA Input?

    They all mean the same thing. It is most commonly referred to, though, as VGA. VGA cables have 15 pins, and the connectors are usually blue.

I think the VGA input is the PC input. I would guess that they are calling that one input by two different names to "cover all the bases". To really find out you need to go to the LG website and look at the detailed specs on that specific TV. There might even be a picture of the input connectors which would tell you right away.
