How do you fix lines on a RCA tv?

White Horizontal lines appeared on the top 2 inches of my TV screen all of a sudden, How can I fix this?

well it could be A number of things like your multi strip or it could be your TV but the only way to find out witch one it is,is to first call the people who installed your TV and the amp but there is A sure way of finding out is to disconnect both the power cord now if there is still A white line then it is your TV and if it is your TV then it is best that you get touch with the people that made your TV and ask for A TV technician about your white lines that you have on your TV now if it is not there then you should get in touch with the people who connected your antenna also your amp and tell them about your white lines that your having with your TV
