How can I find out if a photo on yahoo is a genuine photo of a person on yahoo chat?

I need to verify a photo of a person I have as a yahoo contact.I have confirmation that this person is involved in a romance scam with me for the last 18 months.

Yahoo chat i have made my photo choice and have stopped using yahoo Chat because it no longer allows me to change yahoo messenger Photo . In Messenger preferences it has edit for changing my Photo but it does not change my messenger photo even though it acts like it excepts the change my picture remains the same. Since i stopped using Yahoo chat i have had my gmail account and chat and voice and video Down load and had it all working right but never got anyplace with getting some one to do a Video chat with me . the Gmail chat Telephone works and its the best thing of Gmail Chat. I change my Name and Photo on Answers 4 or 5 times monthly my real name is Greg L and am 46 Years of age and live in SEATAC.
