Kelsey is right, but here's how: 1st you have to have an Internet Explorer window open. If in Messenger and you are currently chatting with him/her: A. Open conversation window with that contact B. Click on "Actions." C. Click on "Contact Options." D. Click on "View Profile." If he/she is on your list of contacts in Messenger: A. RIGHT click on name B. LEFT click on "View Profile." If you ARE NOT chatting with him/her AND he/she IS NOT on your Contact List in Messenger: A. Go to Yahoo Members' Directory http://members.yahoo.com B. Click on "Advanced Member Search." C. Where it says "Enter an email address," type in his/her email address, Yahoo ID, or any other criteria D. Click on "Search."
