Why won't my Yahoo avatar picture change?

WHY CAN'T I UPLOAD MY PICTURE(YAHOO AVATAR CHANGE)?!?

    Okay, hopefully you've calmed down enough to explain yourself a little better, thereby giving us the information we REALLY need to offer some real help. Are we talking about an actual photo or an image (cartoon, avatar, drawing, etc) and how do you know it's JPEG in the first place. !t matters, but if it you're not sure, there's a way you can MAKE it JPEG even it's it not right now. I'll come back to check and see if you've added any helpful info in a little while and tomorrow as well. ~m~

If you look around you will notice that lots of users have ? as a name and a grey smiley avatar. Currently it appears that Yahoo are having a lot of trouble with avatars and names. Often happens during updates.

Here's what you do to get around that 'I cannot upload that' mess: Go to your Activity page. Click 'View your Yahoo! profile.' Hover around your current picture until it says 'change your picture.' Upload your picture from there.

It's a glitch A LOT! of Yahoo! users are experience including me (Alexander The Great) we're going to have to wait until Yahoo! fixes this crap.
