    For the diet i think u just eat more a more balanced diet and less junk food. As for the excersise trust me on this one the gym isnt your best bet. Bench presses are nothing for an upper body workout compared to pull ups. For yuor biceps have your hands facing you and to work your bak more have the palms of your hands facing away from you. You can also for your stomach muscles inverted sit ups ar 10 times better than normal situps they will make your stomach muscles much stronger much quicker And finnaly if you can have your hands facing away from you and manage to have your head on the far side of the bar it will make your back muscles work to the extreme For the begginner if you cant do pull up do pull downs so climb on a chair or somthing and slowly lower yourself this will do a gr8 workout and will get you ready to do the actual pull up bit
