How do you kickflip on a skateboard?

When i do a kickflip on a skateboard, the flick keeps doing a weak flip on the board. how can i fix this?

    try to move ur foot back a few ...... and just experiment with the foot placement like lower or higher

try placing your foot lower or higher and you will find a sweet spot, where you can do it with your eyes closed after a while. its like a flute.

try flicking harder or try flicking more left then u do when i had trouble with my kickflips my friend taught me so its better to learn it in person then over the internet next time ur skatin with one of ur friends that can land them consistintly ask him to watch u and give u some pointers
