Definately keep your stick on the ground. Your knuckles should almost be touching. Also, make sure you guys communicate out there. Keep in mind that the goalie has the best view of the field compared to anyone else, so when they say to do something, don't question it. Also, clear to the side of the field. If you go down the middle, it'll just get picked up by the opposing team.
