Why won't my phone let me accept collect calls anymore?

I've been recieving them fine until today. I have a house phone, and now it no longer asks me to press zero, it asks me to pay with Master Card, etc. How come? What can I ...show more

u may have a spending limit on the amout of calls u can accept and u have reached the limit and no u have to bring the charges down before they let u accept anymore
