Go for nokia 6233, but flash is not there. but such a good model. music clarity is very nice. it will come around 9k to 9.5k.

go for N73 its the best mobile it has 3.2mp cam and price range here my town is between 15,600-16,400

Best is that go and do ur R&D on www.gsmarena.com And if you are very much concerned about camera...go for Sony Ericsson. It has good 2MP camera at affordable prices(I feel K750i is still a good model)...and also the the menu navigation is good and smooth.
