call someone in the contacts list to see who owns it. If no one claims it, see if you can go get it fixed. If not, recycle.

You should return it. I always return phones when I find them and I have found a lot! Just call a home number on it or a number you see repeatedly in the call log, maybe that person can get to the owner. Just think about how you would feel if you lost your cell? You would want it back. Karma will pay you back kindly if you return it.

Morally yes. & logically yes return it bc it does not seem like much use to u as it's all broken & what not. At least the person can retrieve the sim card from it. It's a real pain to lose all that info, & pic's, ect. It would just be a nice thing to do. You never know, they may have it replaced already & not want it back & your concious would be cleared :)

ask yourself this: what would you do if you lost yours? wouldn't you want it returned? MOST IMPORTANTLY if you are asking for help with this dilemma, it shows you and your friends have no morals already.

Sell it to a recycle place. But I'd try & find the owner. The phone might not work anymore, but the person might have some peace of mind knowing that some one good found their phone and not some crazy person!

consult as many ppl as u can that were at the festival - say on facebook uv found a phone or something. let loads ppl know. and then hand it in to the police

What would you want someone to do if they found your phone? Do whatever you'd want someone to do for you.

Destroy both sim and phone as you cannot use the latest type and the loser will probably be insured.

You should try to find the owner and return it. At least attempt to contact them to give them peace of mind. I'd be really upset if I lost my phone. Call some of the numbers on the contacts list and ask if they know whose phone it is. They may have already replaced it but may still be glad to get it back. Wouldn't you want your phone returned?

recycle it
