Answer:
I'd just Google "junior software engineer resume". For example, this comes out http://career-advice.monster.com/resumes-cover-letters/resume-samples/sample-resume-software-engineer-entry-level/article.aspx or this http://www.dayjob.com/downloads/CV_examples/Junior_software_developer.pdf I also recommend to get a high quality resume design to stand out and save your time such as one of these http://almagreta.com/resume-templates/

Asking about templates is probably the wrong question. You are essentially asking "How can I make my resume look like everybody else?". The problem with templates is that they don't allow for variation in many cases. You have under 1 year of experience as a developer. If you have a degree, that is probably the second thing I'd want to see on your resume (below a summary) - unless your work experience (professional or internship) is deemed more valuable. If your technical skills are considered high demand, I might want to see that next. It really depends on what those skills are.The only known would be that you would start with a short summary that leads the reader to the content that follows. Depending on how impressive your other details are, it's conceivable that skills, education, or experience could be the second listing.

Template is important but more than that, its is the content which matters ultimately. A nice looking template may attract a recruiter's attention but if there are quite a few language, grammatical, formatting, alignment and indentation error, it may repel a recruiter away from resume. You can visit the following link to check out resume templates in doc (ms word) format. http://www.4resumeformat.in/resume-format/You would hate to miss this discussion on quora
