If Quora and Wikipedia were two databases (of knowledge), what kind of queries each one of them would solve and how these queries would differ from each other?

What I intend to ask is, on what topic or under what circumstances your would refer to Quora for answers to your questions over Wikipedia and vice-versa. Personally I would look up both but where would you do the "look up" first is my question and why?
