What are some pros and cons of the iPod Touch?

The ipod touch is basically the iphone just without the phone. Except you can only get the internet to work if there is wifi around. But its free which is great. I have and ipod touch and love it. You can download games and all diffents kinds of great applications. The new ones also have a built in speaker so you dont have to use headphones if you dont want to.

There really aren't any cons to the ipod touch It's an amazing piece of hardware.

pros- great, portable, personal organizer, entertainment, lots of features, internet, email, etc. cons- a bit bulky (it's fine if you have a purse or good sized pockets), it takes a little while to get used to typing (a few weeks at most, it depends on how much you use it), expensive I would personally prefer the iPhone, since then you don't have to carry a separate phone along with an iPod Touch, but if you don't want to pay for service, I would highly recommend getting it. However, only buy it if you're going to use it. It is pricey. For details, you should go to apple.com. It probably has the best information on the pros, but not the cons.

Pros: Choice of 8GB($230), 16GB($300), or 32GB($400), it has free Wi-Fi internet access or you can purchase an internet plan off of your phone bill(AT&T; don't worry, you can be verizon but AT&T will set you up with a special plan) which has great internet access functioanilities. It has an emence battery life span of 36 hours of music and 12-16 hours of video. You have the apps( AIM, Sports Tap, Google, App Store, etc...) which come in games, sports, news, search engines, and stores(iTunes and App Store). It has a airplane mode so you can use during flight, including internet, and it has clear sound even through the new speaker(like the iPhone). It comes with as sleek black back design. Cons: Can start to get pricy with the purchase of the apple warranty(recommended in case of it being dropped, cracked screen, grease screen, or system malfunction( i.e. freezing or repeat of song part). I little too bulky and the headphone jack shows on the front so not too appealing.

Let me start off saying this, that before I got my iPod touch, I was extremely hesitant. But now, a year after my purchase, I looove it! Pros- Internet (you'll use it a lot more than you realize, so convenient) Apps, a lot of good ones are free! Great big screen for watching movies Sleek and smooth interface for EVERYTHING! Cons- Smaller memory Larger price tag Sometimes gets laggy, but only if you don't turn it off regularly I would definitely get it. It is the most practical iPod on the market!

pros: you can listen to music and acess the internet and play cool games with the touch screen Cons: If you have long nails sometimes you cant use the touch so its pointless. internt is slowish on mine and some of the games suck

Pros: Great for watching videos, WiFi, games, and pretty cool apps. Cons: Really hard to type and takes a while to get the hang of scrolling. Gets finger prints on the screen and on the mirrored back really easily and looks awful when it's got fingerprints all over.
