    you shouldnt even have to connect your ipod touch to the computer to get apps, they should have an apps store on your home screen, from there you get apps.. hope that helps.. 8D

Other than doing all that if you have the 2nd generation iPod touch just use the app store. You add them using the app store application that should be already on your ipod.

Go to the app store on your ipod touch and download it from there it works much easier and better then doing it from itunes. Make sure your connected to a wifi network. If this doesnt work then try it from itunes again and make sure you synced the entire way through.

yea,that's pretty much how i do it. on itunes,it will say, (your name)'s ipod,click on that and then select the apps you want and click apply and it should work
