Till now the best deal for 32 inch TV is from Target they have Westinghouse 32" HDTV for $246 and If you are looking for Samsung Best Buy has it for $399. Best buy even has a sony 32" for $377

You don't need 1080p on a 32" set. I haven't really seen any 32" 1080p set on sale for Black Friday either. The main one I see floating around is a Sony 32" 720p set. Its showing up for $380 at various places. Best Buy, Sears, and Kmart I believe all have that set at that price. Though if you're really set on 1080p, you can look to Amazon and like LG 32LH30, LG 32LH40, Panasonic TC-L32S1. Those would be 32" 1080p sets.
