Well there was just a special about this on my local tv station but I cant remember the exact channel to give you that link, but basically they went through different kinds of flavored water. What they concluded was its best to drink plain water & take actual vitamin pills if you are worried about that. They also said that you often have a LOT of sugar that's added in the packets of any brand...and don't be fulled by the name sugar being called any of these: high fructose corn syrup, pure cane sugar, ....even watch out for splenda because although it is a magical low # sweetner it can have negative consequences to your health in large amounts compared to regular sugar in moderation. Soooo here is the gist: drink plain water, unless you need to find someway to drink more water in which case its not bad to occasionally disguise it! Just be careful because these often have more than one servings worth of sugar, calories or any number of more harmful things than plain old reliable water :)

yes it is just as good as long as the flavorings have no carbs/ calories!!
