Should I get a Canon A560?

How do i get the pictrures from my canon powershot a560 to my computer?

With my canon powershot A570, it takes a minute or two before it comes up, then I choose to download all images or new images. I haven't had a bit of trouble but as another poster said, if you have Vista , you might have a compatibility problem.

some key pieces of information that would have helped are the operating system of the computer and if you've ever been able to download your pics to your computer. it could be that your operating system is old, or it's vista and your software isn't compatible with it. it could be that your storage media is corrupt...it could be lots of things.

I would take the card to walmart, or somewhere else and have them printed out immediately. Digital photography and computer skills go hand in hand, and if you can't figure out how to get the pictures on your computer, they you are going to have a hard time down the road.

use the cables given along with the canon and connect it to the pc, first you'll need to download the software given along with the canon, or else if you have a card reader, use it
