How can you download pictures to your computer if there is no memory card slot that will fit your memory card?

I took pictures and there is no memory card slot in any of my computers that will fit the size memory card I have. Is there a way I can download the pictures to the computer? help.

Just buy a card reader, they're cheap, available for all types of cards and work much better than using your camera as a drive, all you need is a free USB or Firewire port. Chris

I agree with Screwdriver. Buy a card reader that will accommodate your card. You plug it into a USB port on your computer and then insert your card into the reader. Very easy, and it eliminates the need to use a cord to connect your camera to the computer, thus saving on your battery. The card readers can be found at most stores that sell digital cameras.

Do you have a USB cord? I'm assuming you're taking the memory card from a camera. If you've got a USB cord, use that. Otherwise, you might need a memory card adaptor, and you can buy those pretty much anywhere.

You can get a USB adapter cord pretty much anywhere that can connect your phone to your computer. Leave the memory card in the phone and you can do the transfer.
