Which camera should I buy? Canon or Sony?

Which Digital camera to buy in budget of 12000? Preferred Sony, Kodak, Canon?

    There is no such thing as a "Better Brand Of Camera". Every maker makes very good equipment. Decide what features you want. Go to the store and handle each camera you are interested in. Go with your gut. Remember a camera is a tool. If you know what you are doing any brand will give you great shots. It's the photographer much more than the camera.

Canon or Sony. Canon uses SD cards for memory, cheap & easy to find. If you are a newbie to photography, I'd recommend the Canon Powershot line. Check features and compare on www.cnet.com. For all around use, get SD and IS. IS or image stabalization produces sharper pictures when zoomed in. 8 - 12 megapixels with 3-6x zoom is nice. The Canon Powershots come with or without viewfinders. The ELPH SD1100 is the latestest entry in your price range.

Sony- the style is the best ! Canon-people say that this one is better.. Kodak-..... i prefer sony because of the style and i have t200 and i dont have any problem with it
