Like someone else said, use Paula Deen's recipe (I personally love it). And, if making for a large crowd/gathering, double the recipe. Her recipe is entitled The Lady's Cheesy Mac and here is the recipe (not doubled)... Ingredients 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained 2 cups grated Cheddar 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup sour cream 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Once you have the macaroni cooked and drained, place in a large bowl and while still hot and add the cheddar. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour macaroni mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired.

1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 (12 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter, melted DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain. In 9x13 inch baking dish, stir together macaroni, shredded Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden.

I make it all the time. I think its cheesey. 1 cup parm chz 1 cup mozz chz 1 cup white cheddar 1 cup swiss chz ALL WHITE, ALL SHREDDED. little swirley noodles 3/4 of a medium size container of heavy whipping cream, i think its a pint. Some diced ham Salt and Pepper Bake about 25 minutes at 350. Good Luck I make this for potluck every month at work and everyone loves it!

Four Cheese Macaroni "A very rich and creamy version of macaroni and cheese. This can be made any time of the year. My whole family loves it." INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni 9 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 1/2 cups half-and-half 8 ounces cubed processed cheese food 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain well and return to cooking pot. 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 8 tablespoons butter; stir into the macaroni. 3. In a large bowl, combine the Muenster cheese, mild and sharp Cheddar cheeses, and Monterey Jack cheese; mix well. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 5. Add the half and half, 1 1/2 cups of cheese mixture, cubed processed cheese food, and eggs to macaroni; mix together and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly greased deep 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon of butter. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbling around the edges; serve.
