    First at all ! "Start thinking in english." 1.For more reference you can stay around with a person who is actually able to talk English more efficiently than yours. 2.You can watch the interviews of famous people which you can simply get on You tube which will make you aware about business communication skills. 3.Try to watch some english TV shows it'll definitely make you a good english communicator! And yes never follow any cheap street side guides and classes they are all fake it's my own experience.

Hello, 1: listen CDs of english talking or watch english movies nd listen english songs as much as u can. If u can't understand what the singer is saying then search the lyrics of that song on google. Play the song at the spot n start reading the lyrics. Do this 1 time then listen the song without reading the lyrics. By doing this u will come to know how the english people speak any word. U will know the pronouncing. 2: try to talk in english with ur family nd frndz. Speak english while sitting in many people. If u say any word wrong people will u tell ur mistake. Don't be shy speaking english infront of people. I say it wrong then no problem coz "PRACTISE MAKE A MAN PERFECT" if u r saying it wrong nd nobody is telling u that u r wrong, no problem!! Say it as u r saying. One day u will know ur mistake.
