What i the effectiveness of "legal bud"....?

...does this stuff work? How is it, comparatively speaking, in taste, effect and effectiveness? and is it really "legal?"

Yes it is legal but that is only because the only chemical that can get you high (THC) is not in it. They are designed to look and have the feel of weed but there is no high what so ever. I have even heard of people getting head aches from smoking it.
