Whats TLC mean on a mustang?

    as previously stated "TLC"=tender loving care, in this context it sounds like the car may need work and that's the seller's way of skirting the issue as to what work it needs, get the car checked out by a mechanic before you buy.

Give your car TLC. Don't drive it hard, treat it nice. Do oil changes and maintenance regularly. They are nice cars.

It needs TLC, tender loving care, meaning it needs just basic maintenance or needs to be cleaned up, and driven in a way that is not abusive. IE: if you drive to fast or too hard it may burn oil and use a lot of gas.
