to answer this as simply as possible, go on the streets. you should watch IMV films on youtube, they are street racing to the extreme! like a man once said...."practice on the streets, take it to the track." and race with people you know, and who can outrun the cops too. streetracing isint the smartest thing to do, but its fun, if u dont get caught
