  • Answer:

in missouri its free if you kno where to go and how to do it, but it depends on where u are from. i work at the unemployment office (in MO) and if someone comes in and asks we will usually pay the $20 testing fee. I would say start there.

It all depends on what State you take it in, I think the State of Tennessee charges around 100 dollars.

Depends on where you are. Some places offer the GED for free for adult literacy. There are also states that cannot charge you if you are under 18 as long as you take the GED readiness classes.

I believe when i took it a couple years ago it was $90. So, you might be looking at close to $100. That was also in California.

If you are in Arizona. It cost $65.00 for all five test. If you fail one it $10.00 per test. It's an easy test. Do what I did. I located a vocational school what offers FREE GED Test as long as you are enrolled in their school. So, once you complete the course you have a GED and a trade in something.

Not sure. You can find out by googling your county school board or by typing in the name of your state followed by GED Test. Good Luck!
