How should I prepare for a computer science career?

As a Masters student in Cognitive Science, what courses will prepare me best for a career in technology, especially web development, human-computer interaction and user experience design?

I work in digital product design and have an MA in psych. My advice is to study whatever you're interested in, and there will probably be career opportunities somewhere that fit your interests. Are you really good at stats? You can probably find a job as an analyst, data scientist, product manager, etc. Are you a keen observer of people? You can get a job as an ethnographer or user researcher. Are you creative? If you can master design tools, you can make it as a designer. Are you comfortable learning to code? You can choose from a pretty wide variety of engineering-focused roles.  Etc. It's a broad field. No set of skills will realistically prepare you for everything, but following your interests is likely to prepare you for something. In my own case, I studied learning and language-y stuff and towards the end of grad school developed specific interests in social psychology. One thing led to another, and I'm currently designing the infrastructure for a large social network.  Had I spent my time in grad school chasing trendy industry skills, I'd probably have a shorter lived, much less (personally) interesting job. Having worked some interesting jobs and some boring ones, I strongly recommend the former.
