    You have no place in that. Let them and the school work it out. It is wrong, but you are a student and they are colleagues. If you want to being it to the attention of the school, inform your parents that it makes you uncomfortable and you want someone to know and do something. Your parents would then speak to the Headmaster or principle. Two of my teachers had a situation where my older Literature Teacher would yell at my younger English teacher for using a different word for a grammatical term. Later, the older teacher was let go for reasons unknown to us. Us students only speculated.

go to the director and till him/her about it. bullying among fellows is as bad as between students.

1. Say to her, "Just because someone says 'um' a lot, does not mean that they are a retard." 2. Get the class to go, "uhhhhhhhh..." every time she/he asks you a question. (but don't over do it) 3. (if you have a rebel side, and is not afraid of getting in trouble) ambush her/him with water balloons on top the the school on a weekend day. But bring a couple because if you get caught, you might want to throw the rest away and run. Hope that helped :)
