I am getting married in October, where is a good place to honeymoon besides warm places like the Caribbean? ?

How about a cruise ship around Scandinavia, maybe taking in St. Petersburg. Or Canada, perhaps?

Hands Down: The Algarve, Portugal. Filled with ex-pat brits (so most everyone speaks English), lots to do, hot throughout October and November, Cheap (!), amazing beaches, surfing if you like that sort of thing... basically all the amenities of the Carib, except cheaper. Truly international, the Algarve is like the little-known secret of vacationing Europeans from France, Germany and the UK. My brother and his fiancee are getting married in August and they are taking a tour of ireland and scotland. I'm doing the booking for them and he wants to stay in the castles on the way... he's planning the whole wedding and honeymoon... it's so cute. It really depends on what you want to see or do for your honeymoon. I like the idea of Iceland, with the large outdoor hot tubes and ecologically friendly waste procedures. Or seeing Masia Mara, in Kenya. Or Prague. Or Vienna. Or New Zealand.... There are just too many places to see!

Vegas baby!!!!! I love Vegas. Its sunny and warm, but also fun and has everything you could imagine. If you want to feel like you are somewhere tropical, go sit by the pools and have waiters serve you pina coladas out of coconuts. My fav part is that I would wake up in the morning at Planet Hollywood and walk downstairs in my PJs to the mall, go buy something to wear that day. Nobody cares, its Vegas! :) And it could be 2 AM and you walk over to PF Chang and get some Chinese food. Also you can look out your hotel window at any time and there are tons of people walking the strip at all hours. You can go out at 5 AM if you want and just go sightseeing. The city truly never sleeps. ITs my absolute fav!!!! I <3 Vegas.

COME DOWN TO CALIFORNIA!!!!! there are beaches, good restaurants, good hotels, very nice shopping areas, friendly people, and its pretty warm still in October
