You are special, just as you are. List the organizations and clubs you attend. Special projects you have joined. If these are few and they are far between, today would be a good time to change that, volunteer for something.

I think they like seeing how involved and commited you were to your activities. I know when I applied (I applied to 10 colleges) A lot of them asked for amount of hours spent per week on each activity. They liked seeing how involved I was, and if I was able to keep my good grades while being so involved.
