Get your bachelor's in nursing, be an RN, and you need to have a job as a nurse for a couple years. Then go to a nurse anesthesia education program, this leads to a master's in nursing and takes 2-3 years to complete. I hope I helped, I don't know everything about the nurse anesthesia program, so look it up on the web, or ask your nursing advisor when you get to college
